Cons: - Software included is too basic and complicated for new users.
- There is no printed instruction manual, but CD includes PDF file. Also, the manual doesn’t explain certain things.

Pros: I bought this mainly as a backup for my phone (i have to replace the screen and if i can’t fix it i needed something that would work). It’s cheap, offers a ton of features and would make a nice present for someone less dependent on their phone for everything.
Cons: I’m used to the hard screen, so a soft touch screen with a stylus is a bit of an adjustment. This is NOT the phone that the instructions are for so getting it set up was a pain. When in doubt, search for the I9 and you’ll find the right instructions. The AC charger exploded in a shower of sparks when i plugged it in-stick to the USB for charging.
